COVID-19- Safe Plan 2022

In accordance with the Australian government policy on COVID-19, all aged care work and event venue staffs, volunteers, and clients are required to take steps:

Client

1. Keep a social distance of 1.5m

2. Practice good hand and respiratory hygiene and cover your coughs and sneezes (inner elbow).

3. Stay home if you have a cold or flu-like symptoms

4. Inject the third shot of the COVID-19 vaccine and save the vaccine certificate in your phone/app.

5. Get the flu vaccine

6. Keep up to date with local case numbers and public health advice in your area.

7. Pick up the RAT test box, when you feel unwell and test it at home by yourself. If you have any result, please report it to the staff for records.

8. Test the infected person and recover at home by themselves. Those with severe symptoms should seek medical attention as soon as possible until the test is negative before they can use the service.

Management Team and Staff and Volunteers:

1. Please wear a mask when arranging activities, transportation and household cleaning, and prepare spare masks for client

2. Ask clients about their physical condition, such as using a touchless thermometer when entering the event hall

3. Please sanitize your hands after entering and leaving the client's home

4. Keep sanitizing the vehicle after each pick-up and drop-off

5. Wear gloves when touching guests

6. Report the physical condition of the client in time

7. Weekly Wechat report by staff and volunteers

  8. The management team constantly monitors the physical condition of staff and clients and solves problems in a timely manner

  9. When employees or volunteers feel unwell, they should immediately inform the manager and stay at home, self-test, and can not return to work until the test is negative

10. The management team arranges substitute work for the employees who ask for leave and supervises the test results

Venue requirements and settings during COVID-19:

• Before entering the lobby, all peoples should sanitize their hands.

• Clean and disinfect the floor of the event venue.

• Disinfect tables and chairs.

• Toilet toilet, handrail disinfection.

• Tables and chairs are placed at a distance of 1.5 meters.

Requirements for transportation service during COVID-19

• Pick-up and drop-off vehicles are equipped with vehicle disinfectant spray and hand sanitizer, masks, and gloves.

• Vehicles must be sanitized before and after picking up clients.
